Nymake is a fintech app for Millennials and Gen Z. The features it includes were designed based on a study on how users of these ages relate to banks and what their financial habits are like.
The design goal was to create a platform that would build user trust, since, as the research showed, Millennials and Gen Z users trust banks less and less due to their lack of transparency and clarity.
The outcome was an application that had four main features based on this user persona: the option of personalized online assistance, a forum where they can ask questions to other users in the community, the use of language that eliminates ambiguity, classification of expenses and the opportunity to make donations to solidarity campaigns.
